I'm still trying to figure out what happened to Shenmue: Online

The only thing I remember from the first Shenmue is, "That day . . . did you see a black car?"

I never did play the second one. But it should be amazing, visually, on PS3. I'd probably check it out.

I'm fairly sure the project is dead as nothing about the game has been announced since 2006. There are rumors it was quietly canceled.

I wish Sega would release Shenmue III and IV on PS3.

The games share a similar game-play style and are both made by Sega. I'm pretty sure Yu Suzuki had nothing to do with Yakuza.

I wouldn't mind picking up a second version of Shenmue and third version of Shenmue II but the focus should definitely be on getting the third game out.

I only played the first one (on Dreamcast) but I loved it.

I'd love to see this picked up and run with again.

I voted earlier for yes I want another Shenmue game. I rented the first one on dreamcast, I loved it, never beat it or got on the 2nd disc even. I didn't know there was a 2nd one, I still have Xbox, no Dreamcast. Anyway I just ordered the 2nd on amazon used because this thread put me on to it, thanks! It has the Shenmue dvd too.
