Okay, so who's taking the 6th seed in the AFC?

Currently the AFC playoff picture looks like this:

1. Chiefs (9-0)
2. Patriots (7-2)
3. Colts (6-3)
4. Bengals (6-4)
5. Broncos (8-1)
6. Jets (5-4)

7. Dolphins (4-5)
8. Titans (4-5)
9. Browns (4-5)
10. Ravens (4-5)
11. Chargers (4-5)

We have tiebreakers on the Jets and Chargers, but clearly they are better than we are at this point. If I had to make a prediction, I'd go with the Ravens, I guess. They're the most experienced team in there. And the Broncos will end up 1st. Chiefs will get 5th.

Hilarious how we would be in 6th with a chance at first in the division Thursday night if we could only have beaten the worst team to ever play in the NFL. CLASSIC.

Have you seen our schedule lol? Bills, Ravens, Dolphins, Raiders, Panthers, Browns, Dolphins. I can see ourselves going at least 4-3 over the next 7 games, so you would have to go 5-2 to at least tie us.

I say Jets manage to get the final wc cause they have an easier schedule, only team left above .500 is the Panthers

they get to play terrible teams like raiders bills and dolphins twice

Gotta put a win streak together at some point if you're gonna make the playoffs though!

Beat the Pats and Saints; blown out against Titans. Lol

You can thank Levonte David for the 6th seed if you guys get it.

I seriously thought you guys were a 2-4 win team this year, so I'm impressed either way. Just gotta show some consistency.

That was the game when I was most disappointed. We should not have been beaten like that. But sometimes you have those days. Look at the Colts and the Rams lol. I like our chances against EJ and the Bills this week to finally get 2 in a row lol.

We were good back then. Just sayin'. I knew that was coming.

It should be a close game, but I'll take the Bills at home. I'm still not a believer in Geno. I know the defense and run game can win this one on their own, but we'll see. Go Bills!

EJ will be pulling a Roberto Duran by saying No mas. He's going to be crying for his momma after the Sons of Anarchy get through with him.

We'll be 2 games ahead of you guys after this week.

I'm curious what the Titans are going to do with Jake Locker after the season. They have to choose by May whether to exercise his 5th year option, and if they exercise the option his 2015 salary would be the average of the 10 highest paid quarterbacks in the league, which would be about $13 million based on this year's QB salaries but likely will be higher by 2015. If they decline the option Locker would be a free agent after the 2014 season. Locker has been decent when he's played but he's been hurt a lot. The Titans could also try to sign Locker to a contract extension after the year that protects them if he keeps getting injured.

Decline the option. He's a bust. If you can't stay healthy you can't be a starter. He'll be a backup the rest of his career. I really like the guy, and if he could stay healthy I think he could've become a solid player.

He'll need to have a hell of a 2014 season if he wants another chance. I wonder if we'd make a play for Jay Cutler. Injury prone as well, but a proven player who went to school in Nashville.

I wonder what backup we will sign within the next couple weeks because I know for a fact there's no way we roll with just Fitzpatrick and Rusty ****ing Smith.

Also what QB should we draft? I firmly expect to be picking top 10 again at this point. Anyone good gonna be available around #10?

This is supposed to be the best QB draft in years. Marcus Mariotta, Johnny Manziel, and Brett Hundley are all redshirt sophomores and could be top 10 picks (scouts seem to be all over the board on Hundley and Manziel's pro potential). Teddy Bridgewater should be a top 10 pick and could go #1 overall. Derek Carr and Tajh Boyd could go in the top 15. Zach Mettenberger could go late in the first round. If a team wanted to wait until the second or third round they could probably get Aaron Murray or A.J. McCarron.

I think Boyd is one of those guys that is going to slip a lot leading into the draft. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he didn't go to the third round or later.
