I think it's more than web enabled interaction, I'm pretty sure it's the engine to drive all the special features Blu-ray will have.

Dragon's Lair has it, and I think Black Hawk Down might, but I'm not sure on that one. The POTC movies are supposed have some interactive features using BD-J.

This are some released titles that support BD-J:

Chicken Little - Film-maker's Q&A and a game called Alien Invaders.

The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen - Contains a keyword search engine and a Trivia Track and a simple first person shooter game called LXG Shooting Gallery.

Speed - Contains search content functionality and a trivia track and a game called Speed: Take Down.

Dragon's Lair - interactive game in itself that uses BD-J, I think.

And in the near future:

Pirates of the Caribbean (The Curse of the Black Pearl) - Is going to have something called Scoundrel of the Sea.

Pirates of the Caribbean (Dead Man's Chest) - will have a game called Liar's Dice which will be shot with live-action HD-video!

Behind Enemy Lines - No details yet.

These are all the titles I've been able to find.
