Hi guys
I got a brand new Samsung PS51F8500 on Saturday, and when watching Blu-rays, there appears to be a short 'pause' of sorts appearing in the picture (like if i was to pause the picture for a second)- only for a split second, and usually appears right after a black screen (watching modern family where the black screen appears after each segment in the show) I have tried all the different settings, but nothing is helping. I am wondering if its just a faulty panel, and maybe I should return it for a replacement? or is there an easy fix I'm not seeing? This TV got universal praise on review sites and cost me €2000 so I definitely know this problem shouldn't be happening. Any help much appreciated! Thanks Sam. |
