Did anyone see last night's Law and Order SVU? - Blu-ray Forum

Man, I tell you what, I usually don't get into this show because the actors drive me nuts, but Ice-T and Richard Belzer were barely in this episode, and Robin Williams, oh man. I've slowly been coming around to Williams, his dramatic acting is intense! Anyway, what did you all think of the ending? It seemed like a really crap ending when put into perspective to the rest of the episode.

I thought it was one of the best episodes, but you're right the ending was very blah.

Law and Order??? Who Cares??? I certainly hope this tv series doesn't come to blu or there's something wrong with the studio. It'll just be a waste of time and money for the transfer.

Great episode but the ending.... He jumps through some park bushes and gets away?!?!?! I turned to my wife and said, "If this was real, they would have the police, helicopters, dogs, SWAT teams chasing that guy." You don't just get to the water and say, "Hmm, we lost him. Let's go clock out for the day." That was one of the worst endings I had ever seen.

well just crap down his throat. I like SVU and I wont upgrade to blu-ray as I have it on DVD

I found myself chuckling about a TV episode better than most of the movies out this year (at least so far). The ending with the lake was kind of lame though, that is IF he's dead. That was a huge and stupid assumption for them to make, that a guy that smart went into the water with handcuffs without some sort of plan. He dictated everything that happened in that encounter, everything, and so he could anticipate everything, including the getaway.
