After seeing Target's Dark Knight returns steelbook I'm not overly excited. I don't like the weird border they put around it.

I'd like Under the Red Hood in a steel as well. This is a start though and I'll get it day one for sure.

Yeah I want this. I just hope the movie is good. Have been very pleased with Dark Knight Returns and Flashpoint Paradox, so I hope they continue the good work.

It's showing $18.49 on their website. I doubt it will be that low on release date.

They had to do that to be able to emboss it. That is the only way to emboss steelbooks. You can deboss a steelbook without having the extra metal. But your always going to have that border with an embossed SB.

It is funny that we call it embossing the title and border when in reality they are just debossing the rest of the steelbook, so really it is actually a deboss.

I haven't been on the boards for a while and almost missed this steelbook release. I was prepared to go to Futureshop to get a normal copy for $20 until I stumble upon 3 steelbook copies at Target.
I liked the movie and the box art is nice and matches the movie art. I really didn't like the art cover for the Dark Knight Returns part2(Normal release).

JL War steelbook apparently seems to be in stock on target dot come for 17.99. Not sure if its a mistake by target and is only the regular combo pack or not? But the picture is of the steelbook for sure.

Also eligible for In store pickup, which is odd cause its showing "In stock" at my local target but i know for sure they do not have any of these on the shelves, unless they restocked.

Done deal. I used to hate target but their day one prices and exclusives are unmatched.

Yes, but Target usually has better exclusive's than best buy so you'd be matching a standard version in most circumstances.
