They do for me!

They offer an exchange rate using their currency converter and it is always a few percent more than if I pay with my credit card which has no foreign transaction fees. They are offering the service at a small cost to the customer (the fee being the very slightly higher exchange rate), not for free. Their rate may be better if your card charges a foreign transaction fee, however.
