Seemed like it is the amazon chat rep that I chatted for the postage delay in the other item in that particular order with Frozen 3D pre-order cancelled it for me. Just a head up in case the same thing happen to you.

I just checked myself and mine is still there (hopefully it'll stay since the link is dead).

Got the same cancellation email from amazon about Frozen 3D. Hope this doesn't prove to be further indication that the self-proclaimed insider was right about Disney trying to kill off physical media, targeting 3D first.

I've really started to have great distrust, to the point of disdain, for Disney in recent years. Kevin Smith's joke in Dogma now seems more foreboding than I gave credit.

Oh, the 3D one says Walmart Exclusive. Are they for real?!

I received the cancellation notice as well. I'm sure Amazon will just relist the 3D version in the coming days/weeks. At least they are sending out the cancellation notice, as opposed to just letting it go by the wayside on a couple other previous releases.

I've kept a screenshots of my Frozen 3D order, just in case they wanna sell it for more than $27,99.

If they sell it again, I doubt that would matter, for two reasons.

1) it's a different sku/asin. They'll view it as a separate item.

2) your order is officially canceled now, the guarantee wouldn't apply.

Oh, and it'll be cheaper than $27.99 anyway. These drop in price within the last 7 days or so before release. Probably will end up at $22 or $24, I'd guess.

No way. Has Disney ever had the 3D version of one of their movies a store exclusive, not available anywhere else?

I don't care if it's different or not. If it's the same bundle (3D + 2D + Music) and the price is higher, they are gonna hear it. The price guarantee doesn't matter that way, they'd just cancel everything.

Btw, DeepDiscount doesn't list Music in the 3D combo so that could be what's exclusive about Walmart's SKU.

TLM 3D was 29,99 after coupon.

I wouldn't bet on it. 3D prices and Disney BD prices in general have been climbing in recent months. Many these days don't break below 29.99 the week of release.

That would be surprising too, considering Walmart employees have told me that the company is scaling back the number of 3D titles they carry. My nearest Super Walmart has gone from getting 1-2 dozen 3D copies in for major releases to only about 2-3 lonely copies, despite those 2-3 selling out by 8 am the day of release, the last few times I checked - I stopped even bothering trying to find 3D releases at wallyworld about a month ago. Some films they're not even carrying the 3D version, like Target. So, I can't imagine they're getting a 3D exclusive for this one. As someone else said, it's probably just a music exclusive and Walmart hasn't updated their site yet - they're usually pretty slow about that.

Well spotted. Hopefully that was the problem with Amazon's listing then. They originally listed it with the music download too, despite the cancellation email not mentioning it.

Another add to the cancellation list. I got my 3d cancellation today. I still have my order for the 2d up. I figured I'd place it as well just in case the price went up later. Would prefer the 3d version. I wonder if this means that none of their 3d movies going forward will be available in 3d on Blu ray. Is this an indication that other companies will stop selling 3d combos? Maybe this is a reaction to the failure of Oz.... in 3d where they forgot (we'll say forgot to be nice) to put in the 2d copy as well, making everyone buy it separately through the mail.
