Solid? It's one of the best if not strongest modern Horror films to date. And by strongest I mean most effective, most captivating.

Solid is a compliment, he means the film is consistently good without weak points, hence solid - doesn't mean he disagrees with you about it's awesomeness

Same here. I'm just getting into collecting steels but some have not been that great. The Zavvi steels are awesome but some of the US Warner ones are boring.

I guess it all has to do with the person. But to me "solid" refers to mediocre and/or so-so.

A very good (solid) film that's at the higher end of tier 2 horror, but not in the same league as, say, Alien, The Exorcist, Halloween, The Thing, Invasion of the Body Snatchers..etc (imo).

Might pick up the SB if it's a cracker and the price is right.
