Default my integra bit the dust.

Well my integra kicked the dust I think... I get no surround sound on anything. Speakers do work if I select all channel or matrix. However nothing but silence in the surrounds from both my blu player and Xbox with Dolby and DTS.

Don't have much money ATM so looking for a cheap receiver that will deliver comparable sound. Any suggestions. Probably looking at onkyo or Yamaha.

It will be powering klipsch speakers which I understand are pretty efficient and don't need much power.

Actually, most klipsch speakers are incredibly efficient usually in the upper 90db so they are very easy to drive to high volumes.
