This new game is the biggest rip off yet!

My son got the starter pack and 3 triple packs for Xmas and out of the 3 triple packs, that's nine characters, not any of them are actually swappable! So he has 12 characters in total and is still unable to open certain gates to advance in the game so needs even more characters. Disgusting rip off
