All of my films are arranged in chronologial order of their original theatrical release. If it's a double-feature, etc. it's filed under the earliest film in the set, thus Forrest Gump/Green Mile would be filed under Forrest Gump's release date.

[I look up the release dates on IMDB if anyone's curious]

I do almost the same thing as baheidstu, but once its in the proper decade I still just file by the first movie in the collection, even if it's not the one placing it in that decade.

I have 2 shelfs and one has all the one off movies and the other has all the movies with sequels or in a series so I just put it with those as if they were related

I'd like Ghost Town / The Invention of Lying, Black Snake Moan / Changing Lanes, Shaft (1971) / Shaft (2000) or The Negotiator / Shaft (2000), and magnolia / Boogie Nights / There Will Be Blood, off the top of my head.

I went to Best Buy today hoping to find that RoboCop endcap. No luck, but I did see this. I won't be adding them to the list as they are simply shrinkwrapped bundles of the two individual releases, but they still might be of interest.
