Paramount were already giving us the Fox treatment when they were neutral last year, no real surprise that nothing has changed nearly a year on. I'm not paying $28 for late day and date releases because they picked the wrong side/sold out last year .

Meh. These movies don't really trip my trigger and i'm not about to start buying every release simply cuz it's blu. Some people can't live with odd shaped packaging on their shelves; I can't live with crappy movies on mine.

I will be getting V for Vendetta if it has a DD True HD soundtrack if it only has Dolby Digital I'll pass. I belive it has a DD True HD track.

Is May 20th a pinnacle of somepoint in the world of Hollywood? Because there are alot of really good Blu-rays (in my opinion at least) coming out on this day:

Bee Movie

National Treasure 1

Short Circuit
V for Vendetta

I think it's gonna be really really hard to decide when I usually stick to only buying 2 Blu/week...

+1 I will not purchase any of the other ones on the list and I probably won't even be getting V, only Short Circuit.

The "Upcoming DVD Cover Art" page at The Digital Bits previously had Cloverfield and There Will Be Blood listed under the June 3 section. Now they're being shown on the May 20 page.

Yep I've still never got a good answer on this. My amazon pre-order still says may 20 even though the Paramount PR said June 3.
