UV Issue - Blu-ray Forum

Hey guys, I am experiencing a UV playback issue on vudu as nothing is playing back that was redeemed in flixster or another VUDU account. Already relinked and the link took but nothing. I also linked a new account to UV and no movies are importing at all.

Anyone else with the same issue, any thoughts?

I had issues playing Friday the 13th Part 2,3 and 5 on Vudu. I also had to have Flixster manually add 7 of the 12 movies since it had only 5 movies showing. What was happening was that when I would start the movie, it either wouldn't play or when it would begin to play cause the HDMI signal to become incompatible or non-supported mode that kept me from getting any picture. I ended up just watching Part 2 on Flixster's bd app, which sucks cause I can't pause it for an instant without it restarting the movie. The next day I went to check those 3 movies out on Vudu, and they played just fine. So, not really sure what was going on.

Issue is anything that was not redeemed on this Vudu account- Flixster or another vudu account will not play even though the i have relinked.

i think UV is expiriencing issues having the same issue

That's what the rep just told me, he had 5 more calls come in after mine.

Make that 8. I went to watch a movie on my PS3 and got a weird message about UV and to call VUDU. I did and they told me the same thing that anything not redeemed on this account is having issues. He said it was in UV's hands at this point. I tested that out and sure enough, nothing works that was done via Flixster or my other Vudu account.

same issue and xXxJoEkRxXx was complaining about this 3 weeks ago and has disappeared since, he was pissed about it then, looks like we all got nailed with it now, I didn't believe him then, said it was him, cause everything then played fine....

anyone actually use cinemanow, flixster or target ticket and having same issues with those? just wondering cause I don't

went to flixster to see if the butler played it does not it says loading issue so again anything redeemed with them is fine its just the links that are the issue

Well, I am also getting the same issue thru Vudu. However, I just tried a few movies that I had redeemed in Vudu on Flixster and was able to play those on Flixster.

just tried it again on flixster so maybe that is fixed - worked fine but movies i added today are not updated there thats the only issue

vudu keep coming up with that saying posted before

stuff i added on flixster isn't working, only stuff i redeemed on vudu is
like the walmart preorders, don jon, and some of the vudu only tv shows
so i am not sure what is happening
