I expressed my disappointment with the decision not to release the 3D version of Frozen in Disney's DVD/blu ray help center:
http://www.disneystudioshelp.com/ContactUs Upon posting the message, the site indicated that someone would get back to me within 1-2 days. I'll let you know how they reply, IF they reply. In the meantime, I encourage 3D enthusiasts to voice their concerns as well, whether via the same site or some other channel. When you do, one thing to keep in mind is that a whole section of Disney's DVD/blu ray help center is dedicated to helping customers better understand and enjoy the Disney 3D home experience. Statements they make within this section clearly indicate an investment in and a support for the 3D media type, so does it make any sense to suddenly deprive customers of it? Especially in the case of an award-winning movie? |
