The Razzies in general are moronic and add nothing to the film industry.

They're the polar opposite of the Oscars, which are a complete circle jerk as the big wigs of Hollywood give each other high gives and pats on the posterior. These are just an excuse for Hollywood to hate on unpopular movies and try to look cool doing it.
