Besides the fact that its the R rated cut, the bluray that exists has special features that can't be topped.

For those who don't recognize the name, Rigg Kennedy played the slug killing neighbor Mr. Contant.

Another 90s horror that truly TRULY Horrifies me to this day is FIRE IN THE SKY.
That movie gave me nightmares when I was younger and still makes me curl up when watching it now. (On Netflix Instant for those of you curious .)

Heard a lot about Fire In The Sky. I think i'll watch it on Netflix and see what kind of effect it has on a first time viewer in present time.

FIRE IN THE SKY! There's one that scarred me as a kid as well. I'm 30 and anything to do with alien abduction still creeps me out BIG TIME

It's very atmospheric and creepy. And of course it doesn't help that it's a true story, and a real unsolved mystery.

It's only scary in the sense that it's EXTREMELY creepy, not in jump-scares or anything like that.

"Fire in the Sky" is very well done, well cast, and incredibly deserving of a blu-ray release. I'm still holding onto the DVD which last time I checked was out of print. Shame.

Can't go without also mentioning the lesser known and cheaper made Christopher Walken movie about abduction, "Communion" which came a whole 4 years prior to "Fire in the Sky."

The unrated cut is something of a holy grail, but, because it's with Paramount / Warner Brothers, is probably not something that would currently be accessible to Scream Factory, if it still exists at all. I know someone posted some stills a while back that were initially thought to be from the unrated cut, but those turned out to be stills from brief moments in the theatrical cut. I don't recall if it was ever officially confirmed that the unrated cut still exists.

It's been confirmed to exist by Paul W S Anderson, but only on a VHS Tape, and no one had any idea of quality yet, or if it's salvageable, as he's only mentioned it once.

Okay. I, earlier this week, posted my idea for Warner Bros. to do a Scream Factory-type thing and resurrect the Twisted Terror Collection. I would like for each of you interested to contact Warner about this and make this happen. But first, we must choose the inaugural titles off of this brief list. Choose your Top 5.
