There's a lot of people that post here and not everyone is going to like everything, and that's fine, thank god for Democracy. I'm not trying to be argumentative or start s#*t, but just because some people don't like something doesn't mean they should be hassling others because of it, suck it up and keep scrolling man, like I saw someone else post, just be happy were able to have a site and thread like this.

1) I'm quite happy for this: thread, forum, and site.
2) I have not ordered anyone to do anything, just suggested. I don't make the rules, just follow them.
3) I've don't nothing but "suck it up" since the thread's start.
4) I know all about variety, and I understand that, which is why I responded to someone who had the same opinion as me...others felt the need to be combative towards me for expressing my opinion. Yeah Democracy!

Well I'm not trying to be combative, just speaking my mind same as you...some of your suggestions just seem to have a little extra push behind them is all, I tend to put my two cents in when I see something like that, and my two cents has been spent, so peace and let's all get back to the all mighty Scream Factory!

No harm, no foul. It's just a discussion.

With Ravenous on the way...I wonder what other Fox titles could be in the pipeline. I'm really hoping Scream/Shout can get Lake Placid and Strange Days as both had really crappy 4x3 letterbox dvd's. Lake Placid NEEDS to come out. It's a really fun movie!

They really need to consider working a deal on some Sony titles.

Yes. At least to get them out there. Revenge of Frankenstein (maybe in a double with the Universal-owned Evil of Frankenstein), 976-EVIL, Candyman, Texas Chainsaw: TNG, Piranha 2, and The Kiss immediately spring to mind.

Was there a Fly II announcement that I missed?

They've approached Sony before, but Sony won't let them create special features. Granted, it was when they first started and were only doing Collector's Editions.

Once the rights expire, I would like to see Scream get a crack at some of the Sony horror titles Twilight Time released as well. If Sony would allow the production of new extras, Scream could give those movies the justice Twilight Time did not.

I would also really like to see a Shout Factory blu ray of Sony owned Berry Gordy's The Last Dragon. One of my all-time favorite movies of any genre.

Warner looks to be impenetrable, but maybe, just maybe, Scream can one day get a deal for some Sony and Lionsgate titles.

It may be worth approaching them again, considering as you pointed out SF was relatively new at the time, but ultimately I could care less about new special features. They don't have to be Collector's Editions, as long as SF can release Sony films in HD along with whatever features that already exist I'd be happy.

Scorpion has been teasing a Richard Cox film they've acquired on another forum, some say it's HELLHOLE, which is a Sony title (at least the VHS release was).

Who do you think the two deals, giving four films, mentioned in the interview are with?

I am beginning to think they are with: New Century Entertainment (The Gate, The Wraith) & Brian Yuzna (Society, Bride of Re-Animator).

What does everyone think the previously unreleased titles that Scream teased could be?

Anyone think they could have gotten Night Warning from Code Red?

When did they tease any?

Butcher, Baker, Nightmare Maker is with Code Red though, and they have said they only got Final Exam and Evilspeak from them. So no, if they had Night Warning, it would have been announced with the other two.

The one of the deals hinted at in the interview, I imagine are either/or:

Yuzna: Bride of Re-Animator and Society.
Double Helix: Sleepaway Camp 2 and Sleepaway Camp 3.

Normally, I'd agree, but I really don't think that's a film with solo selling potential. Now, if you're talking about a double feature with Jaws II or, even better, a "sequel trilogy" with those two films and Jaws: The Revenge, then I could see it.

Single releases like the Halloween sequels and the Psycho sequels would be a bad move, but that's just my view on it.
