Sort of. It appears to be missing some that are on the US set, but it also has features which don't appear on the US set.

It's just the Vice featurettes that are missing, but there's about 40 minutes of stuff absent:

• The ATL Twins Zone (1080p; 27:16) is a take off on The Twilight Zone. Kind of.
• The Redneck Riviera (1080p; 7:44) features a Chamber of Commerce type who is obviously clueless about what really goes on during spring break. A number of proponents and opponents also chime in with their points of view.
• Dirtona Beach (1080p; 6:41) is, of course, about Daytona Beach.

I count around 65 minutes overall (around 30 exclusive) in the UK and around 80 minutes overall (around 15 exclusive as Vice uploaded the ATL Twins Zone to YouTube) in the US. Thanks a lot for this break down. it looks like UK got the better release hands down with another making of that is 26 min long. Hopefully its totally different then the 3 part one

No problem, I was going to look at it because I have yet to decided between the two, anyway.

I don't either release has Danish subtitles though...

The US has 40m of exclusive stuff and the UK has 30, but the UK's 30 minutes are film-specific, and Vice's US extras appear to be generic "spring break" subject matter.

The 3-part US doc is on the bonus DVD of the UK edition, so I would imagine they're different if they're both included.

Certainly don't bother with the danish Blu-ray release (for any danes out there) of Spring Breakers - as far as I can tell it's been PAL-converted with a 4% speed-up (i.e.: runtime is exactly 4% shorter, and the danish release is uncut), and it comes sans extras. Utter disgrace by local distributor SF Film.

4% speed up? ...I wish mine was- the sooner this crap ends the better I was thinking!

Haha Well, I only got some fleeting impressions of the film (I liked the tone of it) being that I cancelled the viewing in disappointment over my findings. Seriously, the whole disc only takes up 16Gb (not a definate marker in and by itself with todays compression technique), and though extras are missing that's no way to treat a film in HD. I could've lived with the lowish bitrate, but the PAL speed-up (or whatever it's called) is simply inexcusable. Goddamn outrageous..!!

SF Films has ALWAYS been a disgrace of releasing homeentertainment stuff!
