Movies with ridiculously mismatched Cop partners

Honestly, this is the first thing I thought of for weirdest. I don't know if it gets any more bizarre. I mean, if there was a movie with:

• a cop doing underwater work and teaming up with a jellyfish
• cop partnered with a Hooloovoo
• cannibalistic cop who ate a perpetrator, who then was resurrected via voodoo, and then they teamed up
• cannibalistic villain who ate a cop, who then was resurrected via voodoo, and then they teamed up
• cop who teams up with team of sentient volcanoes (traditional and/or fissure) who someone use their lava expulsion capacity to help the cop hunt serial killers

That would be weirder than cop / dinosaur, but they don't exist as far as I know.

Actually, a cop / ghost partnership would actually be pretty sick. That may well exist, does anyone have an example?

Another one that may exist in reality that I'd like to see is cop / pyromancer.
