I've noticed that America are getting this set a lot cheaper than we are. That great £25 offer was only $2 cheaper than the US price.

At current rates it was actually around 50p more. You also have to remember that their prices are shown without tax (though they generally don't apply when buying on-line in the US)

Damn. I was gonna put an order in, then i didn't. Now I'm thinking I should have. I usually preorder something if it's a good price and then make my mind up later on. Least that way i can cancel but if not then I've got it for the best price. Ah well, dong really need it i suppose....

Wow why would Amazon have two different listings for this? One with the bonus and one without, what's the point?

Meh, just a little miffed that this won't affect my pre-order price guarantee cause I've got the one with the bonus disc pre-ordered. Annoying!

The exclusive is whilst stocks last. And they want it to appear so that you can buy the exclusive from a marketplace seller or buy the original from Amazon, once the exclusive has sold out without being misled as to the contents.

Yeah, I need to start watching 1 & 2. I've seen them, but not in HD. I haven't seen any of season 3 as I lost Sky Atlantic when I switched to Virgin, & this time they never showed it on Sky One.

Same, the family and I have gone back to the start ready for season three, and for when four comes on TV in April. Much better watching it on blu-ray, the ads on TV really take you out of the story, moreso than with a lot of shows.

Just a under a week to release so hopefully they start sending out preorders this week. I went for the 1-3 boxset so can't wait to see what it looks like.

I want to as well but both my 1st and 2nd season boxsets are currently being lent to two different people. I'm going to chase them up this week.

Nice clear plastic sleeve with the dragon shadow on it covering the embossed title and 3 swords on the cover. The BBFC ratings are stickers too so the case is completely clean if you take them off and the blu banner is just a cardboard slip.

It's the same size as Season 1 and 2.

The season 1-3 set is very nice too, the front map is completely embossed, only downside is the BBFC ratings are printed on.

Even though the box set has three seasons it's a lot slimmer than last years seaon 1-2.

Thanks for the pics, Mavrick. Nice packaging but I'm a little bit annoyed that the spine has changed. Years of buying videos, DVDs and blu-rays has led me to not be surprised by such things but HBO are usually pretty god at this sort of thing and I was hoping for a nice neat row of GoT seasons - especially as the first two boxsets' packaging was pretty much perfect.

Not a dealbreaker by any means, just a bit of a shame.

The single seasons are fold out digipacks, I'm not sure what's inside the season 1-3 set.
