I think he'll probably appear in a cameo. But won't be the main villain.

They'll most likely be saving him for Avengers 3.

We have our first look at the 6" Marvel Legends GotG figures.

There's 2 figures missing. Likely the rumored Iron Man and Nova. And Groot will be the BAF.
