Transformers seems to be the only option that is adding votes to try to catch up with the biggies. (sorry to bring it back to the topic of the thread occasionally)

You may have a slight point... they are just always hurting dogs (so I hear) and I don't like that so much.

I think it's just that so many of us blu-boys and girls (gender sensitive

) expected it last year and then had our hearts ripped out and handed to us on a dinky little plate.... it left a lot of people with what we like to call "transformer envy". It lead to people going out and buying it on DVD and up-converting with their ps3's, telling themselves, "It's sorta the same". When they knew damn well it wasn't. It even lead some... to the dark side. Yes some people even went out and bought HD DVD players just for one movie they were gyped on. It really is a shame. And still Paramount has yet to announce the damn movie. So this is why I think it is as high as it is....

I accept that, but how do explain the high number of votes for Iron Man over such great movies?
