Opened my steelbook today that I bought on release day. No dents but of course, scratches on the back towards the top and bottom. That is the annoying thing about steelbooks, it's tough to get a good one especially with the card on it.

Just tried to enter the code that came with the magnet so I can get my steel book but according to the vudu site the code is invalid. It was brand new and sealed. Anyone else have this problem?

I tried emailing their support but haven't heard back yet. I'm worried because the deadline is today and I really want that steel book.

Any advice?

Why did you wait so long to activate it? Or was it given to you as a Christmas gift or something.

Yeah it was an Xmas gift from my brother. I'm going through the support channels through Vudu but its taking some time.

Did they even have any steelbooks left to be redeemed for? I thought that getting the magnet wasn't a guarantee that you'd get a steelbook. I would imagine that their steelbook stock would have dried up by now.
