What the hell does that mean?

It's not like they are sitting in a room laughing at what fools the fans are for believing they would release MACH... Pessimist.

They wouldn't be telling people they were doing it, if they weren't. Why does someone always have to jump in with an "I'll believe it when I see it" comment?

It would be a reasonable sentiment if we were talking about Code Red, or Media Blasters/Shriek Show back in the day, but as far as I know, Cult Epics are a completely reputable and reliable company.

I think it's because this title has been planned a few times in the past and never materialized, maybe due to some rights issues. Even Subversive was going to release it once years ago, and then they mysteriously dropped it, well before they went out-of-business. Something has held this film back. I'll try to stay optimistic that Cult Epics has finally worked through whatever issues had to be done to finally get this film out.

The director of Central High is working with them already, the blu-ray of Hysteria I received even has an interview with him. (He did both films).

But, correct me if I'm wrong, they have never outright said "this is the next release we're working on" regarding Central High. Now they have. And they've never "lied" before. Jeez.
