For anyone that ordered the print on more.marvel.com...how did you do it? I don't even see an option to add it to the cart??
I've never used the site before.

There was people standing outside in front of my BB when it opened. 3 of us went straight for the display in the front and there was only about 5 of the steelbooks sitting there.

I'm giving away the one free month of Marvel Unlimited. I'd like to give it to someone who wanted the steelbook and couldn't get one, or someone who wanted the Loki exclusive and couldn't get one.

Not much of a consolation prize, but quote the post and it's yours.

Edit: Claimed.

I'll take it if it's still available, always wanted to try out the service.

Sorry to hear all the troubles with getting the steel. I've always felt there should be a strict limit for exclusives as to how many a single person can purchase. If they are limited, it shouldn't be OK for one person to buy all of them in one fell swoop.

My local BB's main display was empty but there was a single steelbook left over in the regular new release section. But I didn't want it, since none of my other Marvel films are in a steelbook.

It's a combination of very limited amount stores had and scalpers.
I saw a guy grabbing 4 while there were only 8 copies in total.

After a week of deciding between the normal 3D and the Loki cover I went ahead and bought the Slip-less 2D edition. It'll look inconsistent for a while but I'll get the Phase 2 set eventually anyway, so why stress it?

I haven't ordered anything on there yet but it looks like there is a Marvel action code that comes with The Dark World. Input the code on top of the page and that should unlock the option to buy it.

I hear ya! Truth be told, I thought the artwork on the steekbook cover was just okay. I figured I would get it because why not? It's the same price as the standard edition. No biggie.

Yeah had the same luck with the exclusive bb steelbook. Went to 2 stores and they said they only carried like 2-8 copies if that. But should get more in stock soon

Default BB Steelbooks trick

Seeing lots of people on here complaining about not getting this Thor TDW 3D Steelbook exlclusive from BB and thought id' share my trick -

All you have to do is purchase the Steelbook at 1201 midnight day of the release or even at like 8am on the Tuesday and choose in store pick up - I strolled in around noon and had mine waiting for me at the pickup counter, no need to stress at all.

So if you're really worried about getting something wait till the day of release, purchase it for in store pickup and they'll guarantee you'll have yours. You can even cancel your purchase when you get there in case you want to do a price match or use a coupon etc. Not hard people, just be smarter than the person next you.

good luck

Someone said he was joking, I'm assuming, about the asking price. I would still PM him and ask. Also, there are other people that have bought multiple copies. You might want to do a quick check through the steelbook thread anyways.

Did you pre-order? They have the in-store pre-orders available right now. I would recommend doing that to guarantee your copy.
