The MPAA doesn't own American movies. They simply give a rating to whatever movie is released within the US theatrically, whether it's an American film, Italian, Chinese, Korean, French, or whatever. Doesn't matter. No one country's rating is the definitive rating of a movie.

More importantly, we are talking about logging in blu rays on this site, not the actual movies. So each listing should be accurate to what the blu ray copy says.

If it matters that much to you, then go buy a US copy of Scent of a Woman.
