As noted, the fifth disc is the DVD of Japanese language extras. From the translation, it contains a 20 minute video of the Japanese voice actors on a talk show, and 30 minutes of interviews with the Japanese voice actors.

So to be clear:

Disc One: BD-50 with the feature film in scope ratio, Japanese DUB, audio commentary, trailers, sneak peek of Divergent

Disc Two: DVD-9 with the feature film in scope ratio, Japanese DUB, audio commentary, trailers, sneak peek of Divergent

Disc Three: BD-50 with the IMAX version of the feature [Here the presentation and extras are not specified]

Disc Four: BD-50 with all of the JB HiFi exclusive edition extras (US extras + Target exclusive extras + Australian exclusive extra)

Disc Five: DVD-5 with the two Japanese language extras
