Love Defiance & need to watch Continuum!!
Continuum, definitely. It's one of the three best current SF TV series going -- the other two being Orphan Black and a Swedish series called Äkta människor (Real Humans).

Defiance I wasn't happy with. My wife and I started watching it because Rockne O'Bannon (the creator of Farscape) was behind it, but I gave up after five or six episodes. Wifey kept going, but still hasn't finished Season 1 yet -- she still has a bunch of episodes on the DVR.

Love Orphan Black!

What's this Swedish series called Äkta människor (Real Humans) & where are we able to watch it from?

Real Humans is set in a present-day alternate-universe where robotic technology has advanced enough to create very humanoid robots that are used in service jobs and for hazardous jobs. There are several different plotlines that run through the series, but the two primary ones involve a group trying to get the "hu-bots" banned (the "Real Humans" of the title), and a group of hu-bots who have developed feelings and a desire for freedom from servitude.

The second season just finished in Sweden a month ago. It's aired in other countries, but the only place I know of that's aired it with English subtitles is Australia. Unfortunately, while it's been released on DVD (but not Blu-ray) in a few places, none of the DVD releases have English subtitles. The only other way to see it involves embracing your inner pirate.
