Good collection, though. It took me a while to find one.

Only it's not just a film about male strippers. It's one of the better films about the economic downturn, with well drawn characters and a decent story. It reminded me of 70s dramas like Urban Cowboy and Saturday Fever, which under the guise of exploiting a particular subculture, were surprisingly gritty films and got in some smart social commentary. It's a Steven Soderbergh film after all, not some cheap cash grab to get the ladies in.
