Thanks Brian for the info. I just read an AVR review in Home Theater Mag which included 2 high-end Yamahas, 2 Denons and a Sony. And all passed the video clipping test except the Yamahas. So what does this mean in the real world? With the Yamahas clipping blacker than black and above white, will users really notice it while watching a movie and not test patterns?
