Anyone else having a problem with the subtitles? Mine are too low on the screen and so partially not visible. I haven't had this problem with other discs. I checked my TV and player settings.

Any particular place? I popped in the first episode and they look fine. Plenty of room below the subtitles too.

The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, but in ourselves.
The problem was with my blu-ray player, or my use of it. The disc is fine. Thanks for checking! I pulled out my player's manual and started going through the setup menus, and finally found a setting to shift the subtitles, and they had been shifted down. There's a way to do this from the remote too, and I might have accidentally done it while sleepy or partaking of refreshments. Again, thanks for checking. I never would have guessed that I could shift my subtitles. |
