Sony had started doing some of the later ones before the Classic Media/Weinstein restorations (which came after the uncut-Godzilla 50th-anniversary re-release), which explains why Gigan, Ebirah, Hedorah and Minilla all got Sony releases--
But still widescreen and restored print. (Especially for "Sea Monster", which's been languishing in the Public Domain gutter all this time, and now looks as good as new.)

The commentaries on the CM/Weinstein releases are worth listening to, btw:
The "vs. Mothra" commentary digs up interviews with the original actors to talk about the days of 60's foreign-film dubbing (and just why they did that weird "clipped" voice on purpose), while G3HM's talks about the new change of bringing jewel-robbery and alien-invasion plots into the canon.
