Japan Heads Up: Limited Edition Game of Thrones 6-Disc Collectible Set - Japan
I ordered the this 6-disc set from Amazon Japan:

But I received this 5-Disc set with no book or bonus disc:

They have identical UPC codes, so there's almost no way to determine which set you're getting. I'd assume it would be the 5-Disc set. My first time buying from Japan - totally disappointed.
