I'm pretty sure Cliff would have serious interest in Martyrs at least, but those are post-Miramax Dimension titles that are controlled by The Weinstein Company and whomever was handling their home video catalog at the time (I think it was Genius Products, which was acquired by Vivendi Entertainment, which was acquired by Cinedigm).

I imported the Canadian release a little while back, but haven't gotten around to watching it yet.

Ok, I have edited down the list to just about 208 titles, before I go live with this poll, are there any titles in this list which are impossible (not, probably not) for Scream Factory to get, I have look at IMDb's company credits for each film and some are confusing like one has both Warners and MGM distributors in the USA, others I have no idea whether or not they would license to scream or give the time of day to them, If any should be deleted please tell me. Thanks for all your help.

I'm very impressed with the picture quality in From Beyond, just picked it up today. This looks like it was made within the last few years, I can't believe how clear it is. Are all Scream factory BD like this?

edit: Guess I'll answer my own question, then. I have 2 more now that aren't of the same quality, incase anyone else is new to this thread. You guys made me feel so welcome.

MGM is confusing, in part, because back in 1986, MGM was sold to Ted Turner, and then Ted Turner sold United Artists and later MGM's production and distribution assets back but kept the pre-May 1986 MGM film library and the pre-1950 Warner Bros. and RKO Pictures films that MGM had acquired by that time. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, those films now belong to Waarner Brothers.

Since that time, MGM/UA has acquired a number of other film libraries such as American International Pictures, Filmways, Orion and a slew of others. So it does have a number of pre-1986 films, just not pre-1986 MGM films.

Also, why isn't Cherry Falls (2000) on the list? That's one that should definitely be on there.

I'd love Martyrs and Inside. There was a piece on Bloody Disgusting last week about the American remake that fell through, which they're now attempting to restart with a million dollar budget. It had some nice details on the script.

Though I can already imagine the hideous Justin Osbourne-commissioned cover art for Martyrs if Scream managed to get it.
