I'm back from the gym already and still no announcements.

I'm sure that Criterion is planning something big.

This must be the month that Criterion has decided to announce Francis Ford Coppola's Captain EO, starring Michael Jackson, in glorious 3D. That movie rocked out when I saw it at the Disney Epcot Center back in 1987.

I missed it upon original release because we didn't go to Disney World in 1987 (though it seems like we went every other year in the 1980s). I did manage to see it in the 2010 re-release at Epcot though, when Disney was capitalizing on Michael Jackson's death.

It actually was really great.
