Ok, right. I'm with you. yeah.

You have no respect for films and the people who make them.

Hah! I had someone on a Facebook group the other day tell me that Drive was boring and Only God Forgives was "sick"... He was more interested in The Expendables and Transformers. I stopped talking with him.

If said neanderthal found Drive to be boring, how on earth did they manage to sit through Only God Forgives ? I like both, btw.

Oh, I don't believe he'd actually watched Only God Forgives, maybe got as far as a trailer. He was making wild assumptions

Edit: I just checked the conversation, he actually called Drive "crap" and then listed Transformers as one of his favourites... Speechless

I believe you made the correct decision when you left the conversation, as that is evidence of a sickness that is beyond treatment.

Not sure if trolling... The movies I enjoyed the most in the last decade were all subtitled. About 30 seconds into it you don't even realize it's subtitled anymore... And if anything, creates an even more immersive experience since you never take your eyes off the screen or mishear any dialogue.

I know who you're talking about because you and I ended up having a conversation about how we both liked Drive.

Yes, that's me and I also found his comment a bit odd.

I saw the first Transformers and was immediately done with the franchise. They were my favorite cartoon/toy line growing up and every time I see the blu-rays at a store I cringe.

I pray that PA and Kim Ji-Woon work on something for A Bittersweet Life. I would love a steel for that movie.
