Restaurant grade machines and stuff like Tommy is talking about would require a huge investment running a water line in here, no good ;( Total expenditure, even with a cheap restaurant setup would be 4 figures easy

I think restaurants and grocery store ones like we have are the same. It doesn't get it cool. That's why when they give you freshly made tea its hot or warm.

Well, it still needs time to cool it, it's not instantaneous. To take water from boiling to cold isn't easy
