I had read that since Audyssy had the front L/R speakers set to Large that's why is HZ crossover was set 100. Everywhere I read states the Front should be set to small which is why other people adjusted the HZ

I think you are on the right track. Messing with and adjusting the settings is the only way to really understand what you like. Trial and error really. If it sounds good then give it a whirl. If it gets all messed up you can just run the audessy setup again and just change what you want. Sound is a really subjective thing. Hamp is probably right about the setting but you adjust to how you like it. Try 80Hz then watch the same scene with 100Hz. If it one or the other sounds good. Go for it.

Well, you changed them from large to small and also adjusted the HZ, which is fine, but you shouldn't go lower with the HZ, you can adjust higher.
