Yeah, on Blu-ray it looks like a brand new film and still has impressive digital work.

I'd say the only prequel that hasn't aged so well is AOTC.

I agree. It still looks fine, IMO, but Lucas was maybe pushing it a tad too far too early in certain places, but mostly just in the quantity of effects work. It's still a stunning looking film though.

Yep. And that's because those were first generation digital cameras and Lucas pushed ILM to far with his digital backlot philosophy on Episode II. They weren't ready.
