Crossroads - 1986, Ralph Macchio, Steve Vai - Blu-ray Forum

Is this movie ever going to come out on Blu-ray? I've been wanting this one for years, ever since I happened to catch the movie on TV. I still have the HD recording on my DVR, but it would be even better on Blu-ray.

I had never heard of the movie before then, but I absolutely love it. If it ever is released, I'll be first in line.

I wish they would release "Crossroads" on blu. I have this on dvd, but an upgrade to blu would be nice.

Directed by Walter Hill as well. Not a terrible film.

Definitely better than the 2002 Britney Spears vehicle of the same name.

This is one film I'd LOVE to have on BD!
It's a childhood favourite of mine.
I watched the duel about a billion times on my VHS copy.

Gosh, most Walter Hill movies are out on BD, but not this one.

Was just thinking about this one the other day and nearly bought it on dvd before noticing it is in hdx on Vudu. Always liked Ralph and he seems like a humble dude. He knows he'll always be the 'Karate Kid' and is cool with it.

Same with me, I almost watched the dvd the other day but keep hoping they will release a Blu Ray soon.

Solid film, and one I've only seen once. I am a fan of Robert Johnson's music, so I like how this was incorporated into the storyline.

Would definitely like to see this on Blu, especially since - AFAIK - the DVD is OOP.

I would not be surprised if Sony announced a Blu-ray release of this. Long overdue.

Long overdue a release. Hopefully with Ralph starring in the new Karate Kid series a few of his movies will get released on Blu-ray. This deserves one.

I love this film, and the end duel inspired me so much so, that I did my own tapping arrangement of it:

This is the most top wanted release of mine.

The DVD cover looked nicer, though.
