appetite suppressants are very unhealthy and not natural at all...look at other means.

He used to have a pretty decent flow, and he's been in quite a few groups. I like how those 2 those fit together, though. Should be an interesting comedy.

Apples, almonds and raisins too. If I'm bored and need something to snack on, a hand full of almonds and raisins together tastes great. Man that's the perfect combo. Half an apple, a glass of water and I'm good to go for a couple of hours. Plus, if you need to eat more you can because the fat from the nuts is the good kind.

greek yogurts, peanut butter, milk, and cottage cheese are also high in protein. although, too much pb, milk, and cottage cheese will make you sleepy.

Thanks for the input but there's my problem, that all sounds bland and wouldn't interest me in the slightest.....give me a fish supper.....with a few rounds of bread.

thats why you use it to boost your other meals. fish can be very healthy for you, depending on how its cooked. grill some up, grill some of your favorite veggies with it, a small amount of cottage cheese, and you'll be good to go. don't be afraid to add some of your favorite sauces or seasonings either. me personally, i'd probably add some hot sauce.

A fish supper is deep fried,it's tasty as hell!

I need to get back to the running and cut down on the fast food,I just can't see myself ever eating those nuts and cottage cheese,it's just not me.

deep fried with french fries? we call that fish n chips here in the states, at least in my area of it anyway. if you stop drinking pop, or soda, or coke, or cola, or pepsi, or whatever you want to call a carbonated caffeinated beverage, will also help.

Eurocine

Quote:
Eurocine is a French film company founded in 1937 and retaken by Marius Vishwas, known for his exploitation films. The directors of the production house, include Spanish Jesús Franco (as early as the end of the 1960s). Players are international, found both the Swiss actor Howard Vernon, the Spanish actress Lina Romay (Companion of Jesus Franco), as Anglo-Saxon as Richard Harrison, Al Cliver, Christopher Mitchum, Mark Hamill, Chuck Connors and Christopher Lee. Eurociné experienced its golden age of the 1960s in the mid-1980s, before starting its decline. The company, however, continues to publish its catalog of films on VHS, then DVD (also exported abroad). Eurocine is quite representative of a now defunct french cinema Bis production. Christophe Bier spent a Eurociné 33 Champs Elysées documentary presented at the Cinémathèque Française March 23, 2013, during a special evening.

Our dog is sick.
It sucks that I'm up at work right now, but Momma is watching her like a hawk and won't hesitate to take her to the Vet whenever she figures she should.

Nothing wrong with having takeout often. Even if its most nights a week. If your going to do it that often though your first two meals of the day need to be a little healthier. Takeout can be unhealthy but if your having pizza make your self a side salad. Most of those other types of takeouts you mentioned usually have veggies in them so I don't see the problem there. That and a little exercise goes a long way.

My mouth is soooo @%$&#$ sore. On Friday, I had a dentist get most of the way through a procedure (I need a bridge, to make a long story short) before having to stop because the front tooth he was trying to extract has become fused to my jawbone. But it's becoming complicated. Off to the oral surgeon at 2:45 tomorrow (just six freaking days later, mind you) for an EXAMINATION. My mouth feels like someone's driving nails up into my nasal cavity. What to do?!? Edit: I cannot/do not want to take more pain meds. Can an ER give Novocain, or whatever passes for that nowadays?

Aaaaaauuuuuggggghhhhh!!!!!

Really?I hear what your saying though, there are days when I have tried to eat better, maybe had soup with a crusty loaf but by the time I get home from work I am starving and have no patience to boill a spud so the phone gets lifted and a takeaway is ordered....maybe if I started having boiled rice more with the Chinese that would be a start....that and no chicken balls.

I plan to get back to the running on Monday.

We perceive a 3D reality in only 2d, and we can imagine how a 4th dimensional being/object would perceive our reality─ true 3D, but what I can't understand or even begin to imagine is what a 2D being/object would look like, or how it would perceive 1st dimension.

This really isn't a representation of the 4th dimension, it's how 4D would perceive 3D: seeing every angle of each particle simultaneously.

I'm debating whether I should go to Modell's after work and buy a pair of those Nike Downshifter 5 sneakers. Saw them last weekend on sale for $45 and I liked the way they felt when I tried them on, but am not sure if I should buy them. I'm always hesitant about spending money, lol.
