Only Disney movies with digital copies that had their magic/action codes redeemed in Disney Movie Rewards or were redeemed in iTunes either thru DigitalCopy+ or the DC disc (for older Disney movies) were upgraded to HD.

Disney movies purchased directly thru iTunes in SD were not and will not be upgraded by Disney Movies Anywhere.

That makes sense because the SD movies I still have in DMA were purchases, not digital copies. So only digital copies were updated to HD?

I read that beginning this Fall when iOS 8 comes out, we'll be able to watch the iTunes Extras on iPad as well. Looking forward to that.

Im looking forward to the Apple ID sharing feature. My brother or parents never buy a thing on iTunes. Now I can make myself the "parent" with them as my "dependents" and they can have my library of movies.

Yeah, I think this sharing will be great.
I will be curious to see if shared movies will make their way into DisneyMoviesAnywhere.

Actually, they went live on Apple TV back in July... With new movies being made available almost every week as the studios work their way through their catalogs.

With iOS8 in a few days, Extras will be available on your mobile devices (iPhone/iPad), that's the new info officially announced earlier this week.
