Gotta say, between these and the Anchor Bay Steelbooks it's insanely disappointing that the studios see for to just use the exact same artwork as the standard bluray counterparts.
As if they're saying, "ya these guys will just rebuy anything in metal/steelbooks." I mean, I actually only own two of these movies so if consider buying them, but to those who already own most and for those of us who like our Steelbook artwork to have some thought put into them it's a bit of a bummer. But that leads to another thing, why release these if you aren't going to add all the Bells and whistles. I know we don't know all the full details yet but I would hope Prometheus includes the 3D version and Wolverine the extended version. If not... What's the point? |

Has anyone been able to preorder this online? I've tried a couple times, but when I go to "complete order" all 10 disappear from my cart and I get kicked to the main page??
![]() Is this how Target combats hackers? Making their site so senseless that everyone loses interest? Edit: Yay, 4th time is the charm, of course I had to call...but it netted me a $5 off $50 coupon, so after Red Card discount: $130. Quite happy. ![]() Last edited by rickah88; 05-16-2014 at 12:08 AM. |

What is wrong with that? If you have the money then by all means buy it. They could just sell their amaray version. |

this is the reason that the companies keep doing it. if no one double, triple, or dipped how many extra times, companies wouldn't do it since they would know no one would buy them.
When you sell the amaray version, if its a movie that has been out for a long time you are no way going to get what you paid for it, so you are most likely going to lose money on the amaray version and then spend more on the steel or metal pack version |

So it is a win-win situation. The companies profit from it and the consumers are happy because they were able to get what they want which is to double or triple dip. For me, I will try selling the amaray version not because I want to recoup the cost but because I want to get rid of it. |
