Mine (Thunderbirds and Rollerball) are still pending. I sent them an email and got a curt reply saying I was in queue.
Seeing as I pre-ordered mine as soon as the pre-order time passed, and people who ordered much later are receiving their's, I'd like to know what kind of messed up queue this is. SAE are incompetent, and Twilight Time would go some way to improving their PR if they dumped them as their prime distributors. |

I swear I wish I knew how they chose which orders to ship and when. Last months TT titles were crazy also. I placed 2 orders one order was within minutes of pre order listing and another order maybe a week before release date. You can imagine which order I recd first :-)
I don't mind waiting and I didn't order right away for this months releases but it makes no sense how the orders are filled. they started shipping orders last Friday, if hoped I would get my order delivered for this weekend but I suppose I will hope for next weekend. Yep trying to be patient and I've ordered form SAE for maybe 10 yrs+ |

I completed my order by 4:01 then completed my coworkers order since he was in a meeting for all of the movies and his has been delivered. The order system seems like they place invoices at the wall and blindly throw darts and fill the once hit. Our invoice numbers are not that far apart. |

I've been in this boat myself. One of my pre-orders from earlier in the year shipped nine days after most others got their shipping notice. This time, my pre-order shipped a more reasonable five days later. It's not a good system but EVERY email will get the same response. And you will get your order. You'll just have to tough it out. |
