Either wire will work fine...what color will hide better
I personally prefer these type of plug http://www.monoprice.com/products/pr...seq=1&format=2 I find them easier to connect as well as the fact the wire exits from the bottom not the back. As far as how much cable...measure up and around anything in the way to getting to the surrounds. I needed to add about 20 feet to mine to go up and down the sides of my sliding doors. 100 ft sounds shy to me but check the runs you need and dont leave your lines too short to move things around when your done. didnt work for me either...mmmmm
It was supposed to take you to your second choice in bannana plugs. The one with the hole in the middle and the back that screws to loosen or tighten. You simply strip a short piece. put it into the hole and tighten down the rear screw. This will lock the copper wire into place. |

Please try to update the thread as you soon as you can when your system is rolling
![]() By the way, have you checked out your sub yet??? I know the connectors on the PSW10 are different from the PSW12. Does yours have a RCA like red/white type single plug in, or does it have two old school separate wire like ends that fit into slots? Thanks |

I have not ordered the psw10 yet. I was planning on purchasing it and the monitor 50's from Amazon at the same time. I just recently purchased the monitor 30's for $120 from Amazon. The deal is still available I think. I have to rearrange my living room to get the setup just right so I am a little delayed on actually purchasing the components. I'm not sure about the connections on the psw10, maybe someone else can comment. I also have not gotten any feedback on the type of speaker wire to use and whether I should or can use in wall to hang on my wall. |
