I'd assume npt because it was only on the 3D version, and they want people to pay for the more expensive one

I only saw a few when I searched "only at Target" but then specifically searching for them, they came up. I didn't think it was so odd, I just figured they gave us the best X-Men movie and the best Wolverine movie. I'd like to have them all to have a full set, like with Resident Evil (until the day 5th came out and I went to the store to get it, they told me it wouldn't be out until Monday, then Monday came around and they told me they put them out Friday, clearly after I left and brought it up. idiots!). but I personally hate the new X-Men covers, so I'd only want First Class and The Wolverine, but I can't justify paying that much for just the metalpak case.

I always say, the best way to start a day is preordering Exclusive Metalpaks at Target!

everything I've ever ordered from them came in those sticky cardboard sides that're stuck together and every CD case has been cracked and slipcovers have been slightly bent or curved because of the packaging instead of flat. it could be alright, but it could be disastrous.

I'm likely getting Wolverine (haven't seen it yet) and Fight Club. I'm hoping Wolverine drops from it's current $18 price though. That's a bit steep for a FuturePak that comes with just the theatrical disc, especially when there's already another release that includes the extended cut, 3D, DVD and UV.

So are these going to be in store or what? Target seems to ship whatever the hell their warehouse morons grab and pack.

Pretty cool. I'm probably in for Prometheus and all the X-Men movies.

yikes! with the addition of the x-films, this even more tempting. I shouldn't have bought the slipcovered versions of them...I think I bought them for $5 each, at least... talk about multiple dippings...

I would like to get some of these but the one thing I hate about metalpaks is that seam on the spine. I hate it because it then makes the title off center on the spine and that kind of drives my OCD bonkers. If they found a way to get rid of this seam in futurepaks I might have another collectible case I will start buying.

I would like to get X-men First Class and possibly X-men 3 to finish off my collection.

I haven't seen any in-hand pics, but I'd be surprised if the spine isn't exactly like the spine of a Metalpak. I believe the Target description calls them Metalpak. I've got them all preordered, so I'll post pics if someone hasn't already done so.

I think I may have to give these another shot because there are a couple titles I wouldn't mind getting.

I would love to get Alien, Aliens and Prometheus but not knowing if they are going to release Aliens 3 or resurrection is throwing a monkey wrench into that plan.

Went to pre-order, selected in-store pickup (thinking I would pick them up on release day, for fear of shipping dents), got an email saying my items were ready. Nice surprise to have them in hand today.
