I'll never understand why most of you like glossy finishes.
It's like people WANT their steelbooks to be fingerprint magnets!

how is best buy with online ordering of steelbooks? have there been many instances where a regular version is sent instead of a steelbook similar to how Target is notorious for doing?

Not that I've ever heard. I believe their SKU systems helps prevent that from happening. Target on the other hand almost always has the same stock #/UPC for their exclusive and non-exclusives.
