Browser cache. It's good to save bandwidth and time, particularly when restoring sessions. I also used to keep history/cache always cleaned, for years, but browser sync/session restore is a habit of mine now. Sadly, it doesn't work without history enabled.

I`ve seen some of his posts removed before, so hopefully those would disappear too. I`d vote for him to be banned really - offtopic - that`s what you have to ban people for, not for giving thanks!
