Rock Band owns Guitar Hero. While I think GH: Metallica would be fun for a while, still giving RB some DLC would be the better option for gamers, fans, companies, the band, etc etc because RB is the ever-growing platform and has the staying power. Unless GH4 comes along and copies RB's strategy (which it seems they are), they aren't close.
